CALENTAMIENT
Warming up is the first thing you do before training athletes is to perform a series of movements to prepare the muscles. Heating is the initial part of an activity where it begins to jeopardize slowly and gradually all organs, muscles and joints to prepare for the main task.

TEST FISICKS
A physical test is a test or condition of faculty. They indicate the general conditions having an individual to perform any physical activity. The basic physical qualities of the individual is generally measured.

PHYSICAL CONDITIONS AND HEALTH
WeFitness and health are closely related, as you develop the physical condition you will notice that enjoy better health. So if you have good physical condition:
You get tired less
You have fewer illnesses
You rest better
You have fewer injuries
You recover better after or effort

You concentrate better in your daily activities call to all fitness abilities and qualities that our body to react and adapt to exercise.
